Performance Features
A.
Gear-drive uses England-made wire race bearings. During high
speed operation, all roller balls receive full lubrication. In prolonged
operation, these roller balls do not get damaged easily. This extends
machine life.

Computer milled cam holder and cams with high accuracy and
interchangeable with each other. Cam holders are set with single bevel
screw, reducing changing time and assures 100% setting accuracy.

Transmission System
A.

The above standard speed is tested with 20S front yarn and 150D
polyester for based yarn, loop height 2.7mm, gauge 24.
B.
Standard running speed is for reference only, optimum speed depends
upon yarn, loop height and needle oil used.

Uses reputed Chinese brand needle oil (Gives excellent lubrication and
stable high speed operation in both hot and cold climate areas.)

Fabric Features
This machine can make many different types of loop-pile fabric in
filament or span yarns, single jersey velvet, diamond velvet and pola
fleece. With low shearing loss, even loop, no droppings etc.
characteristics, this machine can match with any demand of high grade
garments.Meanwhile, by using PK tuck cams, this machine can make pique pile
fabric as well as excellent lycra fabric by using Memminger lycra device optional.
Other Features
We use E.P.B. PAINTS on all main parts. This treatment
can keep the machine from rusted even under long time running and easily
to be maintained.
We use thermal painting, not easily to get rusted and faded.
We use GERMANY GROZ-BECKERT high speed, high quality needles.
We use GERMANY KERN-LIEBERS sinkers, other Taiwan-made sinker are used
for special size.
The Cylinder is made of high quality SWEDISH steel and milled by computer
automatic milling machine. Quality conforms to International Standard.
