A. Gear driven is of oil bath type. Roller balls receive full lubrication during high speed operation, not easily damaged in the long run. This prolongs machine service life.

B. Central stitch control system:Unlike other brands, our central stitch control system needs only a hexagonal wrench to adjust screws in order to change stitch and weight per yard. This lessens re-adjustment time. No loosenings even under prolonged use.

C. Cam and Cam Holder:For uniformity, it interchangeable with machines of the same size. They enable the machine to changed easily from the fleece model to single jersey structure. This saves changing time and assures 100% setting accuracy.

D. Three feeds per diametrical inch For Knitting fleece fabric, 1x1, 2x1 and 3x1 cams are included. For single jersey, 2x1x1 cam included. (knit cam 2 rows, tuck cam 1 row, welt cam 1 row).
Single jersey customers can purchase additional cams depending on demand.

E. Adopts Fleece structure Simultaneously includes double push sinker cams and segmented sinker cap. This cam is standard accessory.

F. Control panel uses push buttons that are structurally excellent, easy to change and durable even in prolonged operation. Three-shift counter and RPM meter are standard.

G. Memminger lubricator oiler pulsonic 5.2 is standard.

H. Drive :In order to facilitate test runs an operation, the upper leg portion is intalled with two American type handle bars. The three legs are also equipped with start, stop and jog switches.

I. Uses 3.7 kw Teco Taiwanese motor.

J. Fuji Japan frequency inverter device is standard.

K. Uses Taiwanese 132 steps take down device.

L. Uses cage type protective fence. (Machine stops operation once fence is opened.)
